THE OJO-CARONS FOUNDATION
The mission of The Ojo-Carons Foundation is to improve access to healthcare for underserved populations around the world, regardless of their race, religion, or socioeconomic status. Our foundation aims to achieve this by providing financial, educational, and personnel assets to fund life-saving medical care and surgical services. We also seek to empower local healthcare providers by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to better serve their patients.
As an organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare for underserved populations around the world, we at The Ojo-Carons Foundation recognize the devastating impact domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking can have on individuals and communities. All of these traumas can cause physical and emotional harm, as well as long-term health consequences for victims.
We created The Ascend Care Fund to provide critical support to victims of domestic abuse by funding medical and mental health care. Through The Ascend Care Fund, we at The Ojo-Carons Foundation are helping to improve access to healthcare for victims of domestic abuse and empower them to seek the resources they need to recover and heal. Through our strategic partnerships with local organizations who help victims transition into survivors, we donate all funds raised.
Our foundation believes in promoting sustainable healthcare solutions that will have a lasting impact on the communities it serves. To achieve this goal, we partner with local organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies. The organization operates with a commitment to compassion, integrity, and excellence in all its activities. At the Ojo-Carons Foundation, we recognize the importance of improving access to healthcare as a fundamental human right and is dedicated to helping individuals and communities in need. We are taking a stand against domestic abuse and working towards creating a more just and equitable society for all.
CLIMAX AESTHETIC SURGERY
Each member of our staff at Climax Aesthetic Surgery has been impacted by domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Unfortunately, likewise, a majority of our patients and clients have also suffered from these tragic events. The occurrences of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking are too often hidden and the victims suffer in silence. We know it is important to recognize the impact that these experiences can have on individuals, both personally and professionally.
The impact of abuse can have long-lasting and devastating effects on the victim's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Victims may require medical treatment, therapy, and other forms of support to help them recover from the trauma they have experienced.
Many victims of sexual abuse may not have the financial resources to access the support they need. They may face financial barriers to accessing medical and mental health care.
There is often a lack of support services available for victims of sexual abuse, particularly in underserved communities. This can leave victims feeling isolated and without access to the resources they need to heal and recover.
Our leadership at Climax Aesthetic Surgery has chosen to use our collective experiences to make a positive impact and help others who may be going through similar experiences. We believe it is important to provide a supportive and understanding medical environment where individuals can feel safe and supported in sharing their experiences.
As a business, we have decided to create an opportunity to partner with local organizations that provide support services for victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking. At Climax Aesthetic Surgery, we have created The Ascend Care Fund. We want to help victims turn into survivors.
The Ascend Care Fund is a financial resource for local organizations. Our leadership intends these funds to help organizations provide financial support to help cover the costs of medical and mental health care for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and human trafficking. These funds can also help raise awareness about the prevalence of abuse and the need for more support services for survivors.
Through the Ascend Care Fund, we will also partner with other medical groups and practitioners to help these organizations identify medical professionals and practices which provide supportive and an understanding medical environment where survivors can feel safe and supported in sharing their experiences.
